Italian Pride, News and Sales!

Apparently my year hasn't started at its best... My RL is still very messy and, the cream of the crop, the desktop had a nervous breakdown and needs to see a doctor.
In the meanwhile, I'm trying to survive in my Second Life on my laptop, very uncomfortable to take pics and such but there's no choice at the moment!

My first post of 2012 features recent releases from two great Italian designers, Berta Avro & Bubi Bolissima of Severed Garden and Hlin Bluebird of Al Vulo!

Ylenia, worn here in the shade "sky", is a full outfit perfect for winter times, including shoes and hat. Other color options are available as well. Check the details, I love them!

Sakia is one of the newest faces at Al Vulo!, shown here in the fair tone. Each make up comes with blonde and brown eyebrows, with and without hairbase and cleavage. Other tones available in store.

[Event] Dark Magic Winter - Severed Garden

RL is heavy these days, so blogging gets slow. However, I managed to pay a quick visit to Dark Magic Winter, the event run by ZombiePopcorn from December the 1st to December the 15th. The place is simply amazing, actually conveying the magic and fantasy mood, it's worth a visit just for itself, and the participating stores are the cream of the crop, each with a special release for the event and some of their best selling products.

I'm wearing the beautiful outfit from Severed Garden, Cloe, which is available only at Dark Magic Winter, together with Orion hair (MESH!) from Wasabi Pills, that you can purchase at the event as well, although it's not their special release (absolutely worth too but I couldn't find the time to take another pic for this post).

Al Vulo!, Severed Garden

Today I'm featuring Italian designers, the talented Berta Avro & Bubi Bolissima of Severed Garden and Hlin Bluebird of Al Vulo!, whose creations are great samples of quality and originality. 

Dana outfit from Severed Garden is perfect for winter times, it comes with accessories and boots, and also with a cute frost breath maker worn on the mouth that produces a frost cloud! How cute is that? 

It is available in various shades (shown in olive here) and boots are also sold separately if you want other color options.

A note on the pose: it's a recent release from Diesel Works, from the Shyla pack, including 11 beautiful and kinda dramatic poses, perfect for your artistic shots.

Giulia is the newest face from Al Vulo! Already available in the tan tone (and a special make up, blogged here, is the prize of the DIMH 3), it was released yesterday in the porcelain tone.
It comes in several make ups and each in many options: plain, cleavage, freckles, teeth, and eyebrows in different colors on tattoo layer are also provided. I really love teeth on Giulia, they are very nice and soft, not giving the "scary rabbit" look that sometimes comes out when wearing this kind of skin.

Here are my favourite make ups, showing the plain version on the left (no teeth on first row, with teeth on second row) and the freckled version on the right (same as before).

So this is Halloween! Although it's not a traditional celebration in my country, it's been spreading all over in the last years, above all among kids.

I'm sharing with you some interesting Halloween deals, with very nice prices!

Severed Garden has put out 2 costumes for Halloween: Morgana, a cute witch outfit including a scripted cauldron as a backpack, and Wednesday, obviously inspired from the Addams family character. They are priced 90L till November the 2nd, then Morgana will go back to its original price.

Evie's Closet is spoiling us with Fable, an amazing gown in the Halloween edition. It comes with long and short skirt and can be worn as lingerie too. 50L.

Roleplay Deal

I haven't been blogging much for roleplay lately. Not that I have changed my mind, I'm still in love with the biggest part of the roleplay fashion world, but I got the feeling something was going slower and slower in that area. I may be mistaken though, so I'm ready for your advices and suggestions!

New & 50L sales! Severed Garden - XIII - doll.

Today I have some roleplay-but-not-only news to share!

{Severed Garden} has just released a beautiful Gorean outfit, Zoe. It's a typical piece of style from the store, coloured and creative, with many peculiar details like the backpack with fishing accessories! It can be worn without the shirt layer as well! Thanks a lot, Berta!

The pic has been shot at [XIII], a very well known and one of the best medieval, gothic and Gorean furniture stores that unfortunately is closing. Every furniture pack has been marked down to 50L!!! Till Monday, then the store will be gone for good. Go now, the stuff is beautiful and worth much more!

Another great sale is running at [doll.], where single pose packs and props are marked 50L, couple poses 25L. The pose I used is in part of the set called Chloe. Have a look!

Roleplay and More - { SeVered GarDeN }

I am finally recovering from the horrible temperature that struck me in bed in the last days, and today I want to feature a brand that in my opinion deserves more attention: { SeVered GarDeN }, owned by Berta Avro and Bubi Bolissima.
Their beautiful works are focused mainly on the Gorean and fantasy worlds, even though lately they have started to consider mainstream fashion too, with lots of good results and responses from their clients. Last but not least, their price are very affordable, a great reason to get an awesome look without spending too much!

When I talked to Berta the first time, she told me she loves designing clothings in general, but that roleplay outfits are what allows her to unwild her imagination and that makes her happy the most, which is mainly what the same kind of thoughts I have when it's time to blog! That is why I'll show you today, together with her latest mainstream releases, some hints of her way to portray Gorean female roles.
